Reunion Details

We are 5 days away from our 40th Reunion and we couldn't be more excited about this special night to reunite with all our old friends from Loara High School. Below is some nice to know information regarding the reunion.

1. Check-In. The reunion will be held in the California Room of the Anaheim Hilton Hotel. Please stop at the registration table first to check-in. No need to bring any confirmation of payment - this information will be at the check-in table.

2. Parking - If you are not spending the night at the Hilton, use Self-Parking. Your parking ticket will be validated at the check-in table. If you are a guest of the Hilton - there is an automatic parking charge to your room of $16 for parking.

3. If you didn't plan on attending the reunion, but decide you could attend after 9 p.m. then please join us. There will be a $50 charge at the door and this will cover complimentary wine, your parking and the entertainment.

4. Evening Schedule of Events:
  • 6 - 7 p.m. Cocktail Hour & Registration
  • 7 p.m. Opening Ceremonies ( you won't want to miss this! as we have something very special planned)
  • 7:30 - 9 p.m. Dinner Buffet
  • 8:00 - Midnight, Music & Dancing
  • 10:00 p.m. Raffle
We have a professional photographer who will be taking 5X7's for $10 each. Please pay at the registration table for your pictures. After the reunion, a CD of all reunion pictures taken throughout the evening will be available for purchase on our website www.loara72reunion.org.

5. Sunday Luncheon: There will be a luncheon in the Mix Restaurant at the Anaheim Hilton from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is a no-host ala carte menu. Come have a Bloody Mary with us! In regards to the raffle...the proceeds from the raffle will be going to the newly formed Loara Alumni Association. We are still looking for items to add to our raffle list. If you have a gift, or a service that you would like to donate to this worthy cause - please contact Nancy Clough Oliver at sprbuyer@aol.com.

Hey Loara Saxons! For those who cannot make the Reunion on Saturday Evening, August 11th, 2012 there will be a LUNCHEON (no-host) on Sunday, August 12th, 2012 Location: THE MIX Restaurant at ANAHEIM HILTON 11am - 2pm. We will look forward to seeing those who couldn't make it with those who could! P.S. There is still time to buy your ticket to the reunion. Play:
Cocktail Attire! Party from 6 PM till Midnight, with live music by 1970’s Loara Alums, grand buffet dinner, complimentary wine at tables, quiet stations for talk, dancing, photos, programs and parking included in ticket price. No-host bar. Wine donations are being accepted!

Stay:
Limited room block available until July 10th, 2012 @ $119/night. Reserve Now!

Pay:
